Graphic Design Oversight: Guide and approve graphic design work for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
E-Commerce and Website Design: Collaborate with the digital team to create engaging and user-friendly design elements for our e-commerce platforms and websites.
Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces.
Shop Design and Rendering: Lead the design and 3D rendering of retail spaces, using tools like SketchUp and 3D Max.
Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for design projects, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and constraints.
Design Team Leadership: Provide feedback and direction to the in-house design team, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and with accurate cost considerations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including graphic and spatial design.
Experience in cost estimation and budget management for design projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
