Roles and Responsibilities

‍

• Keep inventory number accurate both inventory system as well as physical stock checking.
• Minimize logistics cost referring to the best practices .
• Manage package shipment and coordinate with logistics suppliers.
• Manage product and spare part inventory.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Search new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
• Implement and maintain the assigned project.
• Get in touch with customers via Line or phone call.
• Keep everyone in 5S standard.

Qualifications

‍

• Graduated in Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or related field
• Own a vehicle (motorcycle/car) to commute between 2 warehouse, Chula and Ratburana
• 1-3 Years experience in warehouse management
• Exempted from military service
• Able to implement & comply with 5S standard
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in spread sheets i.e. Google sheets, Excel
